Although Weston is still very much a stately home it is professionally operated as any 5-star country house hotel would be.

Weston offers an exclusive venue which can host a variety of events including business meetings, corporate hospitality and product launches.  The House is only hired on a private basis providing total confidentiality and security allowing our clients to focus on their activities, without distractions to hinder a busy work programme.

No two meetings are the same.  Your event is tailored to your exact requirements by our House Events Co-ordinator and delivered by our professional team.

Weston has 28 bedrooms, is fully staffed with a team of butlers, chefs and housekeepers so that your every need is taken care of.

The House offers five meeting rooms that can cater from 12 to 130 delegates; each of the distinctive rooms can be arranged in theatre or boardroom style.

Food fit for a King

Weston was built by the Earls of Bradford to entertain in style with exquisite food to match, a tradition that we uphold today.

Our award-winning Head Chef, Guy Day, and his brigade will design and prepare a menu, focusing as much as possible on locally sourced produce.  As you would expect our food is freshly prepared by a team with genuine imagination, passion and flair. 

Dining at Weston can take place in either the historic Dining Room surrounded by the cream of the collection including works by Van Dyck and Lely, the Victorian Orangery with its views over the Italian Gardens or for smaller numbers the Salons provide an intimate setting.

We have 28 bedrooms with a choice of 25 doubles and 3 singles.  All the bedrooms are individually designed and provide a genuine luxurious appeal and character that would expect from a 17th century stately home with collections of family furniture and heirlooms you will not find in any hotel.
