The dedicated House team includes Events Managers, Butlers, Housekeepers and Chefs who have all worked within the 5-star and exclusive use market and have the experience and expertise to ensure your event runs like clockwork.
Kate Thomas, Sales and Marketing Manager
There is very little Kate doesn’t know about putting together amazing events. Having worked for Brockett Hall in Hertfordshire and the Heritage Hotel Group Kate has been at Weston for 10 years and heads up the Sales and Marketing team who handle initial enquiries, organise showrounds and put every detail of your event together.
Guy Day, Head Chef
Guy has worked at Weston for over six years having previously worked as Executive Head Chef at the Royal Yacht Britannia, Edinburgh. Throughout his career Guy has collected numerous awards and has worked in AA Rosette standard hotels and restaurants. Guy’s food is a fusion of Modern British with European influences and he has a strong passion for local sourcing and works with many artisan producers on our doorstep.
Olivier Ansquer, Operations Manager
Olivier heads up the Front of House and Housekeeping operations at Weston as Food and Beverage Operations Manager. Olivier’s vast hospitality background has included working for 5-star esablishments including the Lanesborough Hotel and Quaglino’s Restaurant in London.
Graeme Currie, Head Butler
From the moment you arrive Graeme and his team will deliver your event to exacting standards. Graeme is the host with the most having worked within high profile establishments such as the renowned Ivy Restaurant in London and transatlantic cruise liner Queen Mary II
All working under the leadership of Chief Executive, Colin Sweeney who has a wealth of international experience of the hospitality, stately home and hotel industries.
